All products you buy at retail outlets and Online,are covered by the Restoria Returns Policy. *

With Proof of Purchase

If the product you buy is faulty or if you are not satisfied with it, then we will cheerfully exchange the product.

If the product is returned to the point of purchase and proven to be faulty we will request the outlet to exchange the product and we will reimburse the outlet. However, proof of purchase will be required and the product should be returned in its original packing. The bar code as well as Batch number details must be clearly visible.

For products purchased online an email to info@restoria.co.za explaining the reason for the complaint. However, proof of purchase will be required and the product should be returned in its original packing.

If the nature of the complaint is regarding the efficacy of the product the bar code as well as batch number details must be clearly visible. Photographic representation of this detail should accompany the email. The email should contain written narrative as to the nature of the complaint.

Returns will only be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase.
